Suwon Yeonmu Elementary School carried out a school facility improvement project to improve the aging indoor structure and create a student-centered learning environment.
In this process, a folding door system was introduced in an area where space utilization was limited due to the limitations of existing walls, creating a variable learning space that can be opened and closed freely according to the teaching method.
In addition, reflecting the nature of the on-campus environment with a lot of movement, we reduced the lower rail step to ensure safety and applied tempered glass to maximize the lighting effect to create a bright and open classroom atmosphere.
Through this construction, students can carry out more creative and active learning activities, and space efficiency is expected to be greatly improved during various events and after-school classes.
