In apartments (residential) where you live without shoes, you may feel uncomfortable if the lower rail chin is high. If you are stuck on the lower rail without shoes on when entering and leaving, you can be seriously injured, and it is difficult to move heavy items and items. In consideration of this, the lower rail of the apartment folding door was designed with a thin lower rail to minimize the protruding area above the floor surface and expose it to approximately 15cm. Minimized lower rail makes it more convenient and safe to use.​
