Due to the characteristics of the area in front of the university, there are many officetels, studio apartments, and villas. Therefore, there is a lack of parking facilities. In this officetel building, the first floor is designed as a parking lot space. The folding door has been installed so that you don't have to go outside from the front door on the first floor.

A total of six folding doors were divided into five and one pairs and installed in a two-way deployment method. The first pair was made with additional hand grips that could be used as a convenient door to access even if all folding doors were opened, but the safety was even higher because of the built-in device.

When you move luggage or items larger than the width of the entrance, you can fold the folding door and move to a wider space. In addition, when ventilation is poor, such as the smell of smoke stuck in the parking lot, all folding doors can be opened to circulate air to maintain a pleasant space.

If you didn't install a folding door because it was a parking lot, you could feel uncomfortable because you were affected by the outside temperature and weather until the bad weather. In that case, you can keep the space on the first floor of the parking lot comfortable by opening the folding door.
